Musculoskeletal Disorders

The everyday strains, tears, and overuse injuries that affect work, sport, and daily life. One-on-one rehab tailored to how you actually move.

Overview

What it is.

Musculoskeletal disorders cover the everyday injuries that pull people out of the activities they love: rotator cuff strains, tennis and golfer's elbow, knee meniscus issues, ankle sprains, IT band syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and the slow-burn overuse injuries from work or sport. Most respond well to focused conservative care without surgery or injections.

Our approach

How we treat it.

Treatment starts with figuring out what is actually overloaded and what is compensating. From there it is the combination that consistently works: hands-on soft-tissue and joint mobilization to restore mobility, targeted strengthening and motor control for the weak link in the chain, and a graded return-to-activity plan so the injury does not come back the moment you go back to your sport.

The arc of care

What to expect.

Most musculoskeletal injuries resolve in four to eight weeks of weekly or twice-weekly visits. Active people tend to discharge faster because they put the work in between sessions.
